I have been writing a story in my notes for the past 3-4 years and I’m just coming back to it.
I use the me Memoji’s as characters, but now when I click on them they are so small
im Extremely annoying by this, is there a fix or do I just need to move on to android?

Seems they may have been made larger in one of the iOS 18 updates when people requested that.

You might want to check you are using the newest iOS18 version:
About iOS 18 Updates - Apple Support Eg: says iOS 18.6.1 is the latest:
You can see if there's an update waiting to install in Settings > General > Software updates.
(Please remember it is wise to back up iPhone first, if updating iOS version.)
If your iOS was already up-to-date, or updating hasn't helped, and you still find Memoji's still too small,
