Photos not syncing for custom watch face on Apple Watch

I recently bought a chill band smart watch and most of my watch is working properly along with my Apple 15 no problem but I cannot get all of my face. All of my face is to work and I can't get the pictures to sync that and be compatible. Most of my apps are working fine, everything seems connected, but when I try to create a watch face with photos it says that my Apple Watch needs paired
