netflix log in problem in imac

My problem is with regards to Netflix log in error saying " your device isn't part of the Netflix household for this account" Any tips to troubleshoot this. All log in details are all correct but seems it keeps on showing this. Please help. I'm using an iMac. Thanks.

iMac 21.5″ 4K, macOS 13.7

This may be due to the WAN IP address (ISP connection) not matching the known main subscriber IP. Else it would automatically be part of the household. When used elsewhere (e.g. while traveling), you need to specify the device to Netflix (verify to watch temporarily that way).

It is part of Netflix’s effort to have no shared subscriptions.
