CarPlay stopped working after arriving in the UK (iPhone 16 Pro Max, Pioneer SPH-EVO950DAB

My mother has been traveling with her motorhome for a few days and has been in the UK for two days now. Since she arrived in the country, her CarPlay has stopped working. I can’t say for sure if it wasn’t working from the very beginning.

She has an iPhone 16 Pro Max, and updates are installed automatically.

Has anyone experienced this before or knows what could explain it?

We have already switched the region to the United Kingdom.

The radio in the motorhome is a Pioneer SPH-EVO950DAB 365D.
