Stop Autoplay of Video in Safari on iPadOS

How do you stop autoplay of video in Safari on iPadOS? Using an iPad Air, running iPadOS 18.6. I’ve seen suggestions in older questions here, but the newer version of iPadOS appears to have changed where certain Safari settings are located. I’ve gone to Settings -> Apps -> Safari, but cannot locate a setting there.
