Contacts disappearing on iPhone 14 Pro with dual SIM setup

My iPhone 14 pro has dual lines (not necessarily the cause, but a data point) and it keeps dropping contact information. This can be all or part of the data for a contact. This has been going on for years, and phone support helped temporarily, but the issue kept returning. The last time I called Apple Support the rep. instructed me to do a recovery step from iCloud that deleted the info.
