Besides having 29mpbs, facetime call on Mac air is showing me "your connection is unstable".

I checked my wifi strength is fine, and other devices are working fine too. Switching off all other devices that were consuming internet - still the facetime call continues showing same issue. The picture was getting hazy or freezed, or blurred. and showing me "connection is unstable" followed by "your connection is unstable".
