Apple Music Content Filters not work with Child Account

So I have a shared family plan that includes Apple Music. We want to allow our daughter under 13 to use Apple Music because she loves faith based music. However, in Screen Time under Content Restrictions I have the music level set to Clean, explicit music stills plays. I can't setup a profile for her on Apple Music because she is under 13 where I know I can limit the lyrics but can't see how to filter it on the app. Any help would be appreciated.
