I recently got hacked into my phone by a spammer.

When changing my passwords, it asked if I wanted iOS access to delete, etc. I did not highlight them and cannot get my email system to work now. I understand now it’s required that they are all highlighted.

I can't find the area to go back to “select all” Could someone lead me in the right direction (from a mobile device- iPhone 15), please and thank you!

I have my Gmail (two accounts) + iCloud. All three I cannot send or receive emails from my mobile.
