No video on Director commentaries Incl Guardians of the Galaxy 3 (solved)

Apple TV app continues to provide inferior audio/video sync when playing purchases with director commentary. In part, it seems the supplied file does NOT include the commentary track as an imbedded audio stream. Rather it’s a SEPARATE stream that is synched to the original track. Yet the software struggles with the synching thus creating a video replay “out of synch.” To fix this, play the same movie in the Movies Anywhere app. Disregard the Apple TV app for anything other than a straight playback.
