I have an iPhone 16 pro max, iOS 18.6. whenever I take a photo while on facetime, it doesn’t save to the photos app. I checked my recents, pretty much every folder on my phone and they won’t save. I checked my storage, I have storage left over. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

This is different from a simple Power Off. I had to continue holding the button down past the "slide to power off" message, and then I released the button only after the Apple Logo appeared indicating a re-start.
Any restrictions set up in Settings -> Screen Time -> Content & Privacy Restrictions -> Allowed Apps -> FaceTime and Camera?
I checked, no restrictions setup.
Photos taken while on FaceTime with my iPhone 16 pro max or not saved to camera roll.
