Sequoia 15.6 Doesn't Mount Time Machine Drive. New M4 Air

8 TB external SATA drive that EVENTUALLY shows in Disk Utility and is grayed out. Cannot mount. The drive was working flawlessly last week on my M1 Air...This new M4 will not mount it. Is this a software issues? I have tried new cables, enclosures etc. AND I can get it to appear as GRAY in Disk Utility.

Please any help?
