iMessages not synching in cloud

I would like to monitor my child’s iMessages on her iPad. She is aware and has been trying to help figure out how. She only has an iPad and not an iPhone. I have an iPhone. I have turned on syncing. Logged into her iCloud on my phone, etc. But I can only see her photos, notes app, email, and files. How do I get her messages to show up?
