"Default for calls" setting in FaceTime preferences not present anymore

When you want to adapt the Default application which opens for Calls in OS, you should open Facetime > Preferences > Settings > "Default for calls" as shown in the picture below.

But this setting is gone now in Sequoia, and nowhere to be found?

What am I missing?
