Apple Mail issues: Blank windows and unable to send emails on MacBook Air

Hi

I've twice asked the apple forum a very clear question about blank windows opening in Apple Mail and me not being able to send emails anymore.

I added the operating system and various unsuccessful solving ideas

None of my questions show up anywhere in the community if I search for Apple Mail Problems.

And of course no one answers it.

is that a personal thing or another forum glitch?
