Macbook Pro M4 24G external monitor(Samsung Full HD) wave flickering intermittenly

My MacBook Pro M4 24G connected with an external monitor(Samsung 24" Full HD) via a USB hub called UGreen 8k 30Hz when I was in the office. I found that the wave-flickering is shown intermittently. It's very obvious when the background is white. It's compacted and fine stripes are shown on the screen. How to fix it?

What cable are you using between the U-Green Hub and 24" Samsung display...?

1) If you are using the long cheap Samsung HDMI cable, get and test a short premium high speed HDMI cable.

2) If that doesn't help, test that same short high speed cable connected to the U-Green Hubs 4K 60Hz port.

3) If that still doesn't help, test that short high speed HDMI cable connected directly to the MacBook Pro.

Good because Mac's do not like long cheap HDMI or USB-C to HDMI cables.

There is no difference between the HDMI ports on the U-Green Hubs. So, I guess I just pass the second action.

What model is the U-Green Hub...?

The one that I found on-line, has a 8K and a 4K port.

I suggested switching to the 4K 60Hz port, because that is a better match of the 24" Samsung display

The last one, it will require me to have an HDMI to USB-C cable. I can try it but I just curious why U-Green USB Hub can not do the job perfectly or compatible with the MacBook?

For the answer to that question...?

You will need to contact U-Green for support and/or possible a firmware update for their hub.
