My Apple Watch is in water lock mode, and my Digital Crown (pushing and turning) is not responding. Can’t reset or shut down, or disconnect because of the Digital Crown issue. What do I do to get out of water lock first?
SOLUTION: put it on the charger, and Apple Watch will exit water lock mode

I did follow the usual action I always do after swimming. So I did in fact followed “the instructions carefully”. This time “the instructions” did not work, and the Digital Crown is still unresponsive. Did you even read the question carefully? Apparently not. And I came here for a solution, not to be scolded.
UPDATE: after cleaning and resetting and reconnecting Apple Watch to my iPhone, Digital Crown does react to pushing, but is not totally responsive to rolling/scrolling/turning. Slight reactions to the turning. How do I bring back that function to normal?

Did you follow the instructions carefully to exit waster lock mode? Apparently not.
Does the Digital Crown work otherwise, for example bringing up the App Screen by pressing it once?
No, it does not respond. Both pushing the Digital Crown and turning it (scrolling) doesn’t work.
Maybe enable the Water Lock once again and carefully clean it under running warm water again.
