Recently moved, WiFi network is the same, ATV 4k won’t be operated by phone or remote

I’m pretty sure the remote is fine as it still will control the TV volume. Home WiFi network is the same that it’s ever been and all of my devices connected just fine. Apple TV status light will blink for a while and then steady into the normal light. I’ve tried all of the reset and reboot information I’ve been able to find online to no avail.
