Inconsistent heart rate and ECG readings on Apple Watch Series 10

My heart rate app jumps all over the place

my ecg app can’t get normal reading yet my wife’s series 6 works perfect on my wrist

and my watch also doesn’t work on her wrist

You may want to reset the watch to factory settings (or maybe start with simply turning it off and back on if that hasn’t occurred recently). Also make sure nothing is blocking any of the sensors on the back of the phone.

Otherwise getting an appointment at a genius bar might be in order.
