Half of iCloud photos missing after iPhone reset
I reset my iPhone and logged into my iCloud account, but half of my photos haven’t come through.

Anything in icloud will sync. Review cloud.com/photos to see what you had previously synced to iCloud. If the items you expect are missing, recover from your backup(s).
