Scissors Tool issue (not cutting on Bar)

Greetings everyone! In my new batch of projects I can't cut simple audio at Bar - even though my 'snap to grid' and track' settings should make me do so.

In my other projects, it's really simple to cut on the Bar - to do a clean, simple cut.

Now the cut extend past the Bar at different length, creating an 'underlayer' of sound (paler shade).

It's *really* annoying and I have no idea how it got there.

I cut the Audio Trail in the settings/general/edit

I wonder if it's related to Sample rate? (our new recordings used a new instrument that needed the 48 khz Sample rate). Again, I have no idea if it's related.

The trick I found is to do an 'Export Audio' of the original audio file - then it works.

Thank you in advance for your feedbacks!

Thank you for your reply. Yes they are!

I would think this is a bug, as in my dozens of other projects I never had that.

Like mentioned, exporting the audio track as another... audio track seems to work. I then delete the buggy track and drag in the newly-exported audio track and it works.

All I could think of is this is maybe related to a changed sample rate (I had to convert the project to a new sample rate thanks to one new Czech instrument in my setup).
