iTunes removing songs from my playlist when plugging in my iPhone

I synced some m4a files to my phone and mixed them with purchased songs on my phone. Whenever i plug my phone into my computer to sync more files all the purchased songs get removed from the playlist and i have to readd them

(Re-)download the purchased songs to the computer. Then, next time you do a manual sync, be sure to select those songs as additional ones to be synced.
