How can I prevent automatic music playback when connecting Bluetooth headphones on iPhone?

So I’m having the same problem as so many others and I’ve read all the other comments on this topic and after years it still hasn’t been fixed and I’m not even sure you understand the problem. So I DON’T want my music to automatically start playing when I connect my Bluetooth headphones. That’s it nothing else. My problem is not to do with car play or connect to my car or with auto playing the next song.

I want a way to put my headphones in without it automatically starting to play music form my Apple Music account.
