Resource Unavailable error for mainstream music on Apple Music

Recently when I’m trying to listen to some music on Apple Music I keep getting Resource Unavailable message on a lot of mainstream music that was previously available and some of it either gets fixed after closing the app and coming back or not. Is it a bug in the app or actually a lot of music recently became unavailable? And when I say mainstream I mean it, like Teddy Swims, Bruno Mars and very popular artists and songs.
