How can i change the type of workout after completing

I do figure skating, and meant to press on “indoor skating” workout at the start of my session (9.15) but accidentally pressed “outdoor walk” and only realised at the end of both sessions (after 12, after completing 2hours of working out). Can i change it? It has messed up my walking pace, which is usually 12 minutes to complete 1km and this workout has the pace of 40 minutes for 1km. it has even said i only have 29 exercise minutes when usually at the end of my skating workouts i have around 130. is there any possible way to change this in any way, to change my pace or change the workout name or change the exercise minutes?
