When shuffle I have only two catagories nature and places,
before there was people I don’t understand how this is possible?
how can I solve this problem?

Do you have Photos set up to identify People & Pets? If I choose Photo Shuffle in attempting to create a new Wallpaper, I see People, Pets, Nature, and Cities. There is also a separate setting for Album. I feel it may have to do with how you have your Photos set before you see People.
I think yes my library has been indexed and I see the people category in my photos app. Only I don’t have it in my shuffle wallpapers, only places and nature no people. Not a big issue but only seeing nature and places is a little boring
I don' tsee any additional information to make changes to what you view there, so I can't really tell you anything on how to change it. You do have the option to contact Apple Support to see if they can help. Official Apple Support
