How to stop TV.app on the Mac from shrinking TV shows at the end of every episode

I watch TV shows on my Mac with TV.app running MacOS Sonoma. I have gone into Settings and turned off Auto Play "Play Next Episode" and "Play a Recommendation".

Even so, when I am watching a TV and get about 2 minutes from the end, the show shrinks into a little window about 3x 2 inches. I know that I can expand it again and make it bigger, but I would rather not have to do that. I would like to just watch my TV to the end at full screen.

Is there a way that I can tell TV.app on my Macintosh not to shrink TV shows before they are over?
