Screen time of child device stop updating

Hi everyone,

Since one or two months, my daughter has got an iPhone 13.

She already has an 5th generation iPad (iOS 16.7.11).

I have a lot of difficulties to see the two devices in the screen time menu of my phone (iPhone 13 pro), but I can see them now.

My issue is on my phone I don’t see the time spent by my daughter on the iPad.

On my wife phone (IPhone 16 pro) she cannot see the iPad device.

All the device are up to date, the iPad is blocked to an old iOS now.
