Health data lost after iCloud backup restore!

After I was forced to restore my iPhone from a backup (cost by very bad experiences after I installed 26 beta), quite a bit is not working anymore, but most annoyingly the the iPhone is not loading the health data backed up in the iCloud. (Yes, it is part of the backup scheme and still can be seen in my iPads).

From what I see in the iCloud Sync overview, everything is now restored.

Any idea how I can force the sync and download to my phone?
