When I take a screen shot and select save to photos it used to be found with the rest of my photos. My screenshots are not displayed with the rest of my photos anymore. I have to go to Utilities to find them. How do I get them to show up with all photos. I have updated to latest iOS 18.6 and restarted my phone.

Where do you choose "Save to Photos?" Is it the Done button? That worked for me. I ask, because I usually just do nothing, and it gets saved. In either case, it shows at the bottom of the Library with the most recent pictures. It's a puzzle.
Have you done a forced restart?

This is different from a simple Power Off. I had to continue holding the button down past the "slide to power off" message, and then I released the button only after the Apple Logo appeared indicating a re-start.

Are you in the Library view? Do you have the Filter set to "All Items?"

Are you sorting by date captured or by date added?
Date captured. So the ones I just took should be there and they aren't.
If I continue holding the restart until past the "slide to power off" it will automtically call 911.
I recent OSs like iOS 18 which you say you have, you push top volume, bottom volume, power-and-hold. The ambulance doesn't come.
