Apple storage/memory has nothing to do with google storage.

You'll either need to delete a bunch of emails to bring down storage or upgrade your google storage which is only 1.99 or 2.99 a month.

They are separate things.

Iphone storage and icloud is all Apple product.

google storage is all Google's product.

The time it took you to respond to all these post you could've bought the extra google storage again for either 1.99 or 2.99 a month and been done with it.

I don't use Google Photos. I'm not even sure if that's the same as Google Storage. And I found their Google Photos site rather muddled and unhelpful. But my sense is that you can choose either to have your Photos "synchronized" or not. If you have agreed for them to be synchronized, and you've told your phone that it's OK, then when you delete a picture anywhere, it will be deleted everywhere. Personally, I'd never let Google do that.

I think you need to examine your Google account and see what you've agreed to.
