my phone was stolen and i really need to restore all the photos even if they are not uploaded on icloud, all my whatsapp chats even if i was using another number i really need your help,

Exactly where do you think you would restore them from if you didn't back them up?

They are gone. There is no way to "restore" them if they were not backed up.
