Any apps similar to ‘sound assistant’ for iOS?

Are there any apps similar to Sound Assistant for iOS?

I need an app to control the audio of annoying in-app ads and prevent them from automatically turning off the audio of apps running in the background (for instance if I’m listening to a radio app in the background while also playing in a games app)

I know Sound Assistant has cracked this - but it’s not available on Apple devices

I can’t seem to find a workaround. Any suggestions?

I understand that in-app ads are designed to be as intrusive as possible - but I’ve now reached my patience limit!!
