Effects missing or reduced quality before export?

Before exporting I get this dialogue box:

"If you continue, these effects (stabilization) may be missing or have reduced quality..."

NOTE:

Everything is complete in the "background tasks"
Deleting Prefs doesn't help
Restarting software / machine doesn't help

I get this from time to time, mostly with Optical Flow. I ignore it, and everything exports just fine. You could verify background rendering is off in the settings, and delete all render files for the Library (via File menu).

Have you tried exporting to see whether it's OK or not?
