Health App is missing Medications category

I had not changed anything, but recently, when I selected Medications on my iphone, it opened the page to Set Up Medications rather than my list of medications. The Health app on my iPad is working as expected. I deleted and reinstalled the Health app, but now the category Medications does not appear. I still get notifications for Medications, but when I click on them, the go to a blank Medications page. My iPhone 15 Pro is running iOS 18.5.
