A bunch of questions re: User Accounts with Apple Business Manager

So, I have a few questions that I'm hoping someone can help me with.

First off, I recently completed setting up and Syncing our Google Workstation account with ABM. My issue is that it important every user from GWS, including all our Archived ones. Is there a way to remove them? The 'Delete' option is greyed out in every user.

Secondly, somewhat in relation to that, I seem to have two accounts in ABM, one as a User, and one as an Administrator. My issue is that it's assigned the Managed Apple ID I want to use (our GWS account) to my User account, and not the Admin account. It has assigned a xxxx.appleid.com to my account with Admin access. I just want to remove one of those accounts, and set up the proper Managed Apple ID info. (I'm looking to use this as a variable field in our MDM for setting up Local accounts on newly assigned machines)

I should mention that I use a separate email account as the primary Admin account for ABM that is unrelated to those two accounts that were created.

Any help would be appreciated.

The sync is controlled on the Google Workspace Side. I've never federated Google, only Microsoft, and I chose what groups I wanted to sync to the federation.

As for the separate accounts, admin accounts for ABM cannot be federated. Since you had an account with the same ID already, that was updated to a temporary ID that can be changed. You will need to have both accounts (this is also industry best practice).
