CarPlay Doesn't work wirelessly with some of my iPhones

Actually CarPlay does work and there is a wireless connection, but as soon as I connect my iCloud account on some of the iPhones in the family of the same model and iOS, CarPlay works, and on some it doesn't. It seems like there is some cache in iCloud that prevents the connection. How can I clear the cache or reset iCloud without losing my personal data there?
