Help with Pending Charge After Subscription Cancellation
Hi Apple Community Team,
I canceled my subscription before the next billing cycle and did not use the service. However, I still see a pending charge of $9.99.
Although this payment hasn’t been completed, it’s preventing me from downloading or updating any apps. Could you please advise how I can remove this pending charge or cancel the payment?
P.S. This confirms that I have no outstanding debts on my account.
