Apps not working due to missing file on iPhone

You will have to contact the developer of the app for an explanation. The top part of the settings showing access permissions is provided by Apple and the bottom part is what the developer of the app provides and only they know what they mean with the text in the setting for the Version.
The standard troubleshooting step to take for any app problem is to delete it and redownload from the Apple Store. This deletes any data that is stored on the devic, but any account data maintained by the app on the their servers is still available.
