Problem with contacting an apps support

I downloaded an app called wzyr which is a friend app. I had an account but couldn’t find the sign in. I tried one of my emails and it created another account instead. Then I found my other profile on the app. The app doesn’t let you reset a password it just creates a new profile. I emailed them twice and no response. All that is available is an email connect@wyzrfriends.com


is there anything else I can do? I want to delete my profile and information.

If the app stores your profile information locally on your device, you can delete the app and download it again to see if you can start fresh. Any profile information stored on the company's servers would have to be deleted on their end. You are using the correct email address for contact according to their website, but I have no idea how effective their customer support is.


If you want to write a review for the app on the App Store, you can do that to alert others of your experience. Many times this will also have the affect of alerting the developer where you may see them respond, since it is not in their best interest to have poor reviews that may effect their downloads.


Apple is unable to assist in issues with an app, the only thing they can do is remove an app from the store if there have been a large number of complaints or a violation of the App Review Guidelines.
