Apple Music on my Mac mini plays only for eight seconds and then stops.

Recently, I've noticed a problem with my Apple Music app. It will only play songs for about eight seconds, and then stopped. This occurs with all songs that I attempt to play. I have rebooted my computer without any success. I have the latest operating system on the computer. I have a Mac mini.
