im getting strange messages like this. My iCloud is paid. How do I get rid of them? Or make them stop.

iCloud accounts do not expire. They are also free except if you subscribe to extra storage.
Apple will never send such messages.
That is a scam.
You can ignore it. Do not contact anybody and do not respond to the message.
You cannot make them top as they are not sent by Apple, it is a 3rd party trying to get your details.
You can block the source of the message and mark is as junk though.
