How can I recover my lost Notes?
i've lost all my notes from 13.07.2023 up to now. what could. Two hours before the notes disappeared, I changed my email password (external provider).

It sounds like your Notes were synced from that email. Go to Settings>Apps>Mail, select that email account and then check to see if Notes is checked there. You may need to turn that off and back on since you changed your email password
