Locator app is not working after transferring data to iPhone 16 Pro Max

I bought 16 pro max, transferred all the data from the old 11pro max, as a result, people stopped being in the locator application. I can't look where they are and they can't find me. I tried to add and remove friends - the result did not change. Is there any solution to the problem?
