Spotify + iPhone 15 + hands free link = constantly disconnecting and reconnecting.

I listen to Spotify, I have an iPhone 15 ios 18.6 and drive a vehicle with hands free link to play my music via Bluetooth. Ever since I replaced my iPhone SE to 15, my Spotify disconnects for a few seconds then reconnects. This happens every few seconds and or few minutes. I have tried to do the disconnect phone to hands free link and reconnect; I’ve tried restarting my phone; I’ve deleted hands free link on my Bluetooth and back; I’ve disconnected the car battery and re-place it back….nothing has worked. Anyone have the same problem? My wife also experiences this with her iPhone 13 iOS 18.6. What’s the solution?
