Looking to buy lifetime version of the Photomator app

Looking to buy the lifetime version of the Photomator app and was under the impression it cost more than Pixelmator Pro ($49.99), but when I go to the app store for it, it says "Get" and then there is a button for "install." Does this mean it's free? If so, what term length am I getting?

Downloading the app is "free" – but unlocking its features isn't.

When you are installing that app, what you are installing is the opportunity to spend more money …

Maybe there are some basic features that you can use for "free"; maybe not – but clearly something is locked away behind a paywall.

Don't ask me to explain why there are three $29.99 yearly subscriptions and a $39.99 yearly subscription, or what the differences them might be. Or the difference between the $79.99 Exclusive Lifetime offer and the two $199.99 Lifetime ones. This in-app purchases list is as clear as mud!
