Loop plays in Browser not when added to track

Hi

after previewing clip in GarageBand's LoopBrowser, when I add green colored clips to track I get msg window saying some additional content is needed, then when it's downloaded (including an application) I sign in, allowing it to be installed but it still doesn't play.

How can I correct this.
