How to fix low quality on my cinema display

So my Apple cinema display is very low quality sometimes and sometimes glitches out with a Apple TV 3Rd generation

There should be a model number (M**** or A****) and serial number on the bottom of the stand. You can enter the serial number at checkcoverage.apple.com, and get a bit more information on the device there.

Later model displays didn’t get the trade name Cinema Display.
