Resting Energy is not tracked during night on my Apple Watch after watchOS 11.6 update

After updating to watchOS 11.6 on my Apple Watch I noticed a significant change in how Resting Energy is recorded in Apple Health.

Before this update, my resting energy during the night was consistently tracked (e.g. 59.2 kcal/hour), when I wasn't wearing my Apple Watch while sleeping. Since the update, no resting energy is logged during the night unless I wear the watch continuously.

This behavior results in significantly lower daily calorie estimates and may lead to confusion or inaccurate fitness tracking, especially for users who rely on iPhone-only data or don't wear their watch at night.
