Unable to join the shared family music plan from individual plan

Hey,

I recently created a family for us to share plans so i cancel my individual subscriptions. I am the only member that cant find the shared plans and i am the organiser lol. I did all the apple support suggested steps but still no progress.. Is there anything else than them?

If you are the organizer, then you see what you shared, but you they aren't shared with you because you are the organizer and you own those plans. You won't seem them as shared with you, because they aren't.


When you upgraded to the Apple Music family plan your individual plan would have been automatically replaced with the Family version, so if you then cancelled your subscription, you cancelled the family plan.


Also, if you canceled your individual subscription, before choosing the Family version, you won't get access to the free trial for it, so will need to wait until it charges you the first time before you can access it.
